Summary

This property had been let on a long-term lease to the outgoing tenant for a period of twenty years. During this period, the tenant had subdivided and adapted various areas of the original layout to suit their own requirements.

The project was to reinstate the office areas to the original layout. This involved dismantling timber stud and plasterboard walling and a vast amount of toughened glass screening. 

 

We also dismantled and disposed of the fitted kitchen that had been installed and carried out the associated plumbing and electrical works. We then carried out remedial carpentry works, plastering and making good throughout the property which was then redecorated top to bottom, including cleaning and oiling of the exposed roof trusses. We also replaced approximately thirty double glazed units that were defective.
